After over 20 years in the market, Allegro is the undisputed marketplace leader in Poland. At the beginning of 2022, the company announced the launch of One Fulfillment by Allegro, its own fulfillment service for online sellers.

Allegro has offered its fulfillment services since January 2022.

We’ll explain how it works, step by step:

1. The seller sends a request to Allegro, and waits for validation.
2. Allegro assigns a Key Account Manager to each client, enabling them to create an account.
3. The seller sends their products to the fulfillment centre by Allegro. The type of shipment must meet Allegro’s requirements 👉 If you buy products from BigBuy, we can ship them directly to the fulfillment centre by Allegro. We’ll tell you more about it below.
4. Allegro stores the products in its warehouse.
5. When you register a sale, Allegro takes care of the direct shipment to the end customer. The order is dispatched within 24 hours and may even be delivered to the end customer on the same day.
6. Allegro takes care of all returns.

What products does One Fulfillment by Allegro support?

This service manages products that:

• Are approved for sale on Allegro
• Are linked to a product in the Allegro Products Catalogue
• Are new
• That have an official and scannable GTIN (EAN, ISBN, ISSN)
• Are not classified as hazardous
• Adhere to the following size and weight restrictions (per unit):
  • Maximum dimensions: 600 x 400 x 320 mm
  • Maximum weight: 17.7 kg (total weight)
  • Maximum volume: 76.8 L (0.0768 m3)
• Can be stored at room temperature
